Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Kind Minds, we strive to deliver high-quality, meaningful experiences for every child and family. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below to ensure clarity and fairness for all participants.

2. Workshop & Program Registrations

The following cancellation and refund terms apply to all Kind Minds workshops (including Little Hearts Club) and programs:

3. Parent Counselling Sessions

For individual parent counselling sessions:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations (more than twice) may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

4. Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. You may request to reschedule your booking to a different available date, subject to the following:

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original session date.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and can be done once per booking at no additional charge.
  • A second reschedule request will incur an administrative fee.

5. Cancellation by Kind Minds

In the rare event that Kind Minds cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances (such as facilitator unavailability, venue issues, or insufficient enrolment), you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • A transfer to the next available session at no additional cost

We will notify you as early as possible in such cases.

Please include your name, child's name, session date, and reason for cancellation or rescheduling. We aim to process all refund requests within 7–10 business days.

7. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Registration or administrative fees (if applicable)
  • Stationery kits or materials already dispatched or handed over
  • Sessions already attended
