By accessing or using any services offered by Kind Minds ("we", "us", or "our"), including our programs, workshops, parent counselling sessions, and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Kind Minds provides child development programs, workshops (including the Little Hearts Club), parent counselling sessions, and internship opportunities for children aged 2–9 years in Delhi NCR.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

All registrations are subject to availability. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee a confirmed spot. A confirmation will be sent via email or phone once your registration is verified.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Kind Minds is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided.

Program and workshop fees are communicated at the time of registration. All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Kind Minds reserves the right to revise fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Participants and accompanying parents/guardians are expected to maintain respectful and cooperative behaviour during all Kind Minds sessions. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive or harmful to others, without any refund obligation.

Kind Minds may photograph or record sessions for educational and promotional purposes. By registering, you grant us permission to use such media unless you explicitly opt out in writing prior to the session.

Parents/guardians are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of registration. Kind Minds will make reasonable accommodations but cannot be held liable for undisclosed conditions.

All content, materials, curriculum, and resources developed by Kind Minds are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Kind Minds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
